The redevelopment of this famous brutalist icon sought to celebrate the architectural history whilst creating a retail and residential development suitable for current standards. Incorporated a range of fashion and food outlets along with a modernised public realm environment, the lighting design strategy focused on delivering high-quality public realm and architectural lighting to a strict sustainable agenda.

The award-winning lighting design balances amenity, accent and feature lighting throughout the public areas to help create a warm and welcoming nighttime ambience.
